
401(k) Transition Update Welcome to Principal

Participants can now access their account by
visiting The Principal Retirement Service Center at
www.principal.com.
Each participant will first need to establish a Username and
Password by following the steps noted below.
*Click on the
Login button and then
the Personal Login link Participants who do not have access to a computer may contact The Principal as noted below. *Call TeleTouch at
1-800-547-7754 (press 1 for information in Spanish) As in the past, when you select your unique numbers keep them in a secure place for your own individual use. Contract Numbers:
(Participant records are linked to a Contract Number based on their current status and the system would not permit them to proceed with an invalid number) If at any time you would like to make changes to your retirement account, simply log onto The Principal Retirement Service Center website, select "Retirement & Investments" and click on the "Make Changes" tab. Questions regarding navigation on the website and/or pertaining to your personal account can be addressed by contacting The Principal Financial Group Client Contact Center at 1-800-547-7754 (Monday through Friday: 8 AM - 10 PM ET and Saturday: 9 AM - 3 PM ET). |
