During the course of time I have learned to develope several web sites. I use a host of resources and I have placed them here on this page. I'm not going to explain how to build a web site or web page. There are web sites devoted to many aspects of web building. As time goes by I will increase the list when I find more sites.
Explore these sites and see if they can help you?
TIP: When you build a web page, you want your readers to be able to read and understand it. The problem is all the different browsers people use. So what I do is download different browsers and compare. You may be surprised at how your page looks within these browsers. The goal is to get the same look in all the major browsers. Don't worry about all browsers, there are so many of them, just pick out the major ones. Here are four browsers I placed on my hard drive. You can download them here: Windows Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP, Flock, Opera and Mozilla Firefox.

JavaScript
The Javascript below is what I used
to bring up the e-mail address in my USPA
Executive Board
web page. This is a very simple script. You open the window and
bring up the web page you want and then you set the codes. Set your
height and width and then set all the codes to no.
<head>
<script>
function codes(){
window.open ('http://www.uswlocal207l.org/USPA/email.html', 'codes',
config='height=380, width=260, toolbar=no, menubar=no,
scrollbars=no, resizable=no, location=no, directories=no,
status=no');
}
</script>
</head>
This is how I called it up

This is the web hosting server I use.

They have a $3.99/month package (paid every 6-monthly) that includes 1 free domain name, 10 GB of web space, 300 GB data transfer, hosting for additional websites (25 subdomains, unlimited number of domains bought through the web host itself and 20 other domains bought elsewhere), 600 email accounts (2 GB mailbox space), email forwarding, autoresponders, 800 email aliases, 10 MySQL databases, PHP, DNS management, FTP, a control panel, various site building tools, FrontPage extensions, etc. If you choose this one and you use windows, make sure you pick the Microsoft package.

Domain Name
Domain Name Articles
This page has articles and tutorials on how and where to get a domain name. If you know nothing about domain names, this is the place to start.
How to Register Your Own Domain Name
If you
have a web site, you should seriously consider registering your own
domain name. A domain name is a name like "thesitewizard.com"
or "thefreecountry.com",
which you can use to refer to your website. Note that you do not
have to be a company or organisation to register a domain name. Any
individual can do it too.
